Megan works directly with Pat and the firm's clients on commercial real estate transactions and financings, commercial leasing, municipal and real estate matters.

Megan has developed a strong commercial and corporate law practice, serving both experienced business owners and entrepreneurs with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, employment matters, ownership structures and ongoing corporate filings.

Megan is the President and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival and has also been a regular performer in their annual festival (

Megan has been involved in the comedy scene in Toronto for several years, performing and supporting Players (formerly Queen’s Players Toronto) which supports local and international charities with the proceeds from its shows. Over the past twelve years the organization has raised over $175,000 for charities.

Megan is a regularly invited guest of the board of the Famous PEOPLE Players and assists with their legal matters, including drafting of their administrative policies, and integration of Provincial policies which continually have an impact on businesses in Ontario.
