An active member among Toronto’s elite real estate bar, Pat brings deep experience with intuitive and practical advice to assist his clients with:

• Purchases, sales and financings of commercial properties and residential apartment buildings
• Negotiations of commercial agreements with major suppliers (for parking, security, submetering of utility services including access and marketing agreements with telecommunication providers)
• Leasing and management of commercial and industrial properties and Land Development (including Subdivision Registration, Joint Ventures, Co-Ownerships, and Group Cost Sharing Agreements)
• Municipal Agreements (including Site Plan, Subdivision, Heritage, Section 37, and Section 111)

Since being called to the Bar, Pat has been active in the education and accreditation of new lawyers in Ontario. Pat was a seminar instructor in Real Estate for the Bar Admission Course. After the Law Society of Ontario transitioned from the Bar Admission course to Licencing and Accreditation through Barrister’s and Solicitor’s exams in 2005, Pat was invited to be a writer of real estate exam questions. In 2022, Pat was invited by the Law Society of Ontario to be a member of the Solicitor Advisory Committee (Real Estate) which manages the mandatory accreditation exams.
